have you ever noticed how people decorate tales of the past with such as good golden sweet ? why? don't most people agree that life, generally, tends to improve with time-along with everyting-along with everything else? we call that progress and evolution. yet, there's something captivating about the past, keeping our heart warm, ai we keep it warm in our hearts warm,as we keep it warm in our hearts. the word for this feeling is nostalgia.

though not frequently discussed, nostalgia is among our dearest emotions. perhaps besause maturity requires a certain amount of cynicism,we regard the past as that simple time, when no problems bothered us, we envy the childish simplicity of youth anddelight in every little detail of it.

as the vanished woods of childhood suggests, nostalgia is perhaps the closest one could get to absolute freedom. adulthood, with its problems-will never let you dream of it; but nostalgia is something no one can take away.

the days when-as inrendezbous at sunrise-you discovered the fluttersof love...isn't nostalgia magic? it magically erases shortcomings from the past; then, it doubles-no,teiples!-the sweetness of memories, until they feel like fairy tales. facts become unimportant then and, as worms and all show, there might be better, or more proper things-but nothing sweeter!

it is the charm of the past that makes today so sweet.remember that, because one nice today will provide enough honey for 100 tomorrows,  have a nice day!
